A company which is Listed is one whose shares have been accepted by the Quotations Committee of the Stock Exchange and, after examination of the company's financial situation, has been included in the Official List of Securities dealt in by member's of the Stock Exchange.
Listed or quoted shares contrast with unquoted shares.
