Approved Repairers

Additional Services

Approved repairers are an increasingly commonplace tool used by insurance companies. Typically they are networks of garages whose work and charging structures have been scrutinised and found to be satisfactory. If you are involved in an accident, check your policy documents to see whether your insurance company maintains a list of approved repair facilities or has its own repair centre.

In general, the insurance company will tell you where to take your car if you need work done, you will not be able to take your vehicle to a garage of your choice.

Don't worry if you are still within any warranty period, most manufacturer garages will inspect the work once it's been completed and confirm whether it's up to standard. They will then be able to stamp your warranty book to confirm this.
