Yorkshire Building Society has announced a new range of Bank of England tracker mortgages - the new range comprising: 2 year tracker - BoE- 0.61% (5.14%), fee £1995; 2-year tracker - BoE- 0.26% (5.49%), fee £795 and 2 year tracker - BoE + 0.49% (6.24%) with no fee.

A 0.30% cashback is available for house purchase or free valuation and legal services for remortgage customers.

Borrowers also have the option of a 3-year tracker - BoE - 0.11% (5.64%), fee £795 and a 3-year tracker - BoE + 0.49% (6.24%), no fee.

Again, a 0.30% cashback is available for house purchase or free valuation and legal services for remortgage customers.

Early repayment charges of 3% apply during the discounted period.
